The caravan park is only 10-15 minutes walk from the Pembrokeshire coastal path and is central for walkers from St Davids and Fishguard.

The Ship Inn is only 10 minutes walking distance and is handy for meals. The small rocky cove of Aberfelin on the Pembrokeshire coast is 15 minutes walking distance and the children will have a great time exploring the rock pools on the Pembrokeshire Coast when the tide is out.

Abercastle is 1 mile from the carvan park and visitors can often purchase fish from the locals. Visitors who bring small boats can also launch them there and take in the breath taking views of the Pembrokeshire coast.

2 miles away is the small harbour village of Porthgain on the Pembrokeshire coast where you can see the remains of the slate works. The sloop Inn is also very popular with visitors. 1 mile from the caravan park is a local petrol station where you can also buy your groceries and it is open very early to late at night.

Abereiddy, famous for its blue lagoon and black sand beach is 2 miles away and is well worth a visit. Whitesands and Newgale beaches on the Pembrokeshire coast are ideal for sufing and bodyboarding. Fishguard harbour is 8 miles away and a ferry can be caught here for great day trips from the Pembrokeshire Coast to Ireland.

The tiny Catherdral city of St Davids is 7 miles away where the popular tourist attraction of the Catherdral and Bishops Palace can be found.

Local bus services run between St Davids and Fishguard regularly and also the strumble shuttle which travels in and out of the Pembrokeshire coast stopping at beaches which is handy for walkers who want to start walking at a certain point along the Pembrokeshire Coast.
